In response, we have developed 2 Group Programs specifically designed to draw out your unique contribution, and work alongside other people for maximum impact. 

1. ‘The Next Chapter’ Women’s Group Coaching Program + 2-Day Retreat

Do you:

1. Know want you want to do, or where you want to be, but you feel stuck and not sure how to get there?
2. Feel frustrated that you are experiencing the same issues in your personal and professional life and ‘something’ is holding you back?
3. Want to increase your self-awareness so you can move forwards?

2. Unexpected Influencers Group Program

This program can be run in-house at your organisation, and also as a public course.

1. Suffer from impostor syndrome and don’t feel as though you are ‘leadership’ material?

3. Want to be more confident in your leadership style and improve your communication and influencing skills?

• We will leverage the powerful Positive Intelligence™ Mental Fitness Program and other best-practice tools and resources to help you uncover unconscious beliefs and train your brain to move from a reactive leadership mindset to a creative leadership mindset.
• Group learning sessions focused on key leadership skill and competencies will be combined with creative hands-on learning events to ensure you are growing and being challenged in different environments.
• You will develop your Signature Leadership Voice and have the clarity and confidence to lead with purpose.
